Shipping Information

Your purchase is shipped with standard UPS Ground Service after the confirmed shipout date from the factory. The cost of this service is just $7 for any size order! The factory warehouse ships all in stock orders within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order. Most orders, however, ship out from the warehouse the next business day after you place your order! Ship time will take from 1-6 business days via UPS Ground depending on how far your destination is from the Touch Ups New Hampshire warehouse. Some packages may ship from our Florida warehouse in which case the package will most likely be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. While mistakes with UPS rarely happen there is always a possibility of an unforseen error so we do not guarantee shipping times. To be safe it is always best to leave yourself a few extra days before you need your package. Exchanges will be charged the same flat shipping rate of $7 as on your original order to reship your new package. Again this is for any size order. We do not charge any restocking fees. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Prioirity Mail. Upgraded shipping is not available to these destinations. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery.

UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Here is an example of 3 Day Destination Shipping:

1 - Your order is placed on a Monday.
2 - The factory warehouse ships it out the very next business day on Tuesday.
3 - Transit time is 3 business days after the day of confimed shipment which is Tuesday. The day your package ships out, Tuesday, does not count as a shipping day.
4 - Your 3 shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday and the final day is Friday.
5 - Your package arrives on Friday.

REMEMBER - shipping days are business days which means you do not count Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays where UPS does not ship. So if you order on Thursday, your package wip ship out on Friday and arrive 3 business days later on Wednesday.

FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you need your package even faster, you can upgrade your shipping at an additional cost to UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Overnight Saver (no Saturday Overnight Delivery is available) service in your shopping cart. Before you spend the additional money to upgrade your shipping you should calculate your ship time first to see if it is really necessary. To calculate your shipping time you can first view the UPS MAP. For an exact time you can calculate your ship time at UPS.com by CLICKING HERE. The ship from city is "Barrington" and the postal cose is "03825". When you have entered all of your information scroll down and click on "Calculate Time Only" to see how many days it will take a shipment to arrive.

DO NOT ship any items back to the Touch Ups warehouse in Barrington, NH. All returns and exchanges should be sent to Discount Wedding Shoes.com, C/O Dyeable Shoes Online, Inc. in Weston, FL. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE. If you refuse a shipment we will charge your card for the amount that UPS charges us to return the package to the warehouse. Please see our Return Policy page for details. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship only within the United States, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA and HAWAII. Upgraded shipping is not available to PUERTO RICO, ALASKA and HAWAII. These locations will be shipped via USPS Prioirty Mail. All others will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Please allow up to 6 business days for packages to arrive to these locations. See our “return policy” page for details.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
The address you enter is the address to which your order will be sent. Please make sure your address is correct, including apartment number and zip code. UPS charges us every time an address correction has to be made and we will charge your card this amount if you gave us an incorrect address. Also, be sure to make arrangements to accept delivery at the address requested. U.P.S. will not automatically leave a package at your door. UPS will attempt a delivery 3 times and if the receiver is not there UPS will then send the package back to the warehouse. UPS will charge us shipping costs on the way back & these charges will be charged to your card. If you wish to re-ship the package, shipping costs will again apply. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE. If you refuse a shipment, UPS charges us to return the package to the warehouse. Your card will be charged the exact amount that UPS charges us to return the package to the warehouse.
